Customer Service is our #1 Priority

ECTC’s main goal is to provide exceptional customer service from the day you start the planning process until the day you return home. Because of this fact, 99% of our customers would refer our services to a friend. 
ECTC has dedicated staff members in-office 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday to help answer all your questions. We do not use an automated phone system; you will reach a human being every time you call. ECTC also employs an answering service set to forward all urgent calls to a staff member on-call after hours. We take your needs and concerns into account at all hours of the day.

Security, Liability & Insurance

ECTC firmly believes in protecting our assets. Our customers are our most important assets.
While most travel providers and tour operators carry the minimum $1 million Insurance Policy to protect their clients, East Coast Touring Company customers are indemnified by our $3 million policy written by Zurich American Insurance Company.
With every tour we operate our clients can offer their customers the opportunity to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through world-renowned TripMate Insurance. Our great relationship with this company has allowed us to offer the best insurance plan at discounted prices. For the weary traveler, our plans are the best!
Because we implement an answering service after the office is closed, East Coast Touring clients can rest-assured that they can always maintain communications with ECTC staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many of our customers even have staff cell phone numbers. How many companies can say that!
ECTC monitors and receives direct travel warnings and information from the United States Department of State to maintain safe journeys for all our travelers.
